This is not a good way to start the day and yesterday was such a good day to....
I put dinner in the slow oven and spent the afternoon sitting out on the deck in the garden under the shade of the parasol, just enjoying the warmth of the day and relaxing. So why after all that relaxing am I so done in today?
This does not bode well.
Maybe some reverse psychology is in order here, maybe I need to stay busy all day doing stuff in order to feel good the next day?
Maybe I just need to have a serious massage to relieve the pain in my shoulders and neck, I think a call to my osteopath is required, good job she is a friend who I'm due to see today anyway, maybe she will have time to sort me out, I do hope so.
With all these maybes today is defiantly a maybe day....
