Why do our emotions take it out of us so much?
My sleep pattern is all over the place and having been up for less than 12 hours I'm now craving my bed, so as soon as I've finished typing this it is bed for me...
Just before I go I wanted to wish all my American friends a Happy Thanksgiving...
I hope you have all had or are having a great day & I give thanks for all the everyday things I can do now that I couldn't do last year... Let's hope next year I have even more to be thankful for like Tampa winning the AFl with 10-0 and playing at Wembly in the UK.
Well you never know, we find out next week who will be coming over next year.
