Well, I've figured out I'm bad at time keeping....
I start late, I don't remember to take breaks when I'm supposed to, and I get caught up in what I'm doing and often do far too long on the one thing...
So it's back to the drawing board as I need to work out a way of trying to do this right.
How can I think about returning to work if the act of doing so will make me worse?
You see I know I'm not 100% better, totally cured. I'm not that naive.
Having said that, I have been a lot better than I was at my worse. Mind you I have had some down days this past week or so, I think I need to refocus on more than just my timetable.
Let's just hope things improve again and soon....
